ICA is on the waterfront; my landload strongly recommends to visit it.

There is a magnificent glass window on the 3rd floor. I spent a lot of time here enjoying the port view.

I love the walk along the glass wall, where I just had to spend a few hour sitting on the bench admiring the beautiful harbor view. Many other visitors did that, too.

It was a calm day with a few cloud. I feel deeply touched by the blue sky and the icy blue seawater.

Even if one doesn't like the exhibitions, the view makes the cost of admission worthwhile.
