松葉蟹 in Masa
店內醃製的鮭魚卵
處理的太熟的蟹管大家應該都試過,蟹肉黏在殼上,得花不少功夫才吃的乾淨,肉質也太乾就更不用說了。圖片中的蟹管完全沒有這種現象,烤得好的蟹管當如是也!除了肉與殼很容易分離之外,蟹肉內的湯汁完全保留住,實在是太好吃了!
